How It Works
This
support option enables remote control of Mac’s, PC’s,
servers and select mobile devices through corporate firewalls,
and home internet connections. TeqOne technicians can see
the screen, control the mouse and work as if physically
present.
Both TeqOne and the user can see the screen as it is being
worked on. Every remote control session is logged and no information
is passed through a 3rd party. Most sessions are clientless,
lasting only for the duration of the support call and leaving
no footprint on your computer.
Any OS
It
doesn’t matter if you are running Mac OS 10.4 or 10.6,
or even if you are running Windows XP or LINUX. If you
have
a web browser and an internet connection, TeqOne can work
on your computer just as if we were sitting in front of
it.
Secure
But
this doesn’t mean you are leaving a backdoor open
to
your network or your computer. BOMGAR sessions are unique.
You have to okay each session and the software automatically
uninstalls when the remote session is complete.

course remote can never replace the need for a real person
onsite. In the rare situation where someone is needed onsite,
